Property Consultant

Responsibilities:
 
  • Determine clients’ needs and requirements to propose properties that cater best to them 
  • Generate sales leads and handle sales inquiries
  • Develop sales kit for sales presentation
  • Research & gather the latest information about property market & products
  • Coordinate property closings, liaise with the Purchaser on the execution of the SPA and other relevant documents
  • Advice on bank loan or end financing procedures
  • Develop a network of real estate lawyers, mortgage bankers to whom clients may be referred.
  • Help clients evaluate mortgage options to obtain financing at the best prevailing rates and terms.
 
Requirements:
 
  • Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the property industry
  • Candidate must be able to speak fluently in English & Chinese language
  • Knowledge of real estate sales process, local, state, and federal property regulations
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening skill
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills

Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:
 
  • Develop creative ideas and concepts to support various marketing materials
  • Come up with graphic materials for our social media platforms, advertisements, seasonal campaigns, etc.
  • Bring new ideas to new ad formats and/or enhance existing formats
  • Work under minimum supervision and independently but will effectively communicate any concerns with other team members
  • Work closely with our head of digital to develop upcoming content
  • Addressing design feedback from clients as well as the team
  • To carry out ad-hoc duties as may be assigned by the company from time-to-time
 
Requirements:
 
  • Candidate preferably possesses a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelors’ Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
  • Candidates who have other educational backgrounds but have experience working with graphic software can also apply
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Fluent in graphic software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Photography, Adobe InDesign and etc.
  • Candidates with social media/digital marketing backgrounds have an added advantage
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

3D Artist

Responsibilities:
 
  • Creating visual elements, effects, and animations using 3D modeling, texturing, and other techniques
  • Understanding the project requirements and conceptualizing creative ideas.
  • Coordinating with Graphic Designers and Animators in creating realistic visuals
  • Analyzing 3D arts and graphics, and suggesting improvements
  • Developing 3D graphics in line with the industry standards
  • Optimizing 3D arts and models to develop real-life objects
  • Examining and troubleshooting any design issues
  • Addressing design feedback from clients as well as the team
  • Conducting in-depth research for upcoming projects
  • Staying on top of the latest design trends 
 
Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Designing, Computer Graphics, Fine Arts, or equivalent
  • 2+ years of work experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Effects Artist, or a similar position in the Design industry
  • Complete knowledge of various 3D design techniques like Digital Sculpting, Procedural Modeling, Edge modeling, and Box/Subdivision Modeling
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, Blender, Sketchup, and AutoCAD
  • A strong portfolio of previous artworks and projects
  • Highly creative and artistic individual
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • A team player yet also possesses the ability to work independently
  • Ability to work under pressure and with strict deadlines

Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:
 
  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term & trusted relationships with customers
  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
  • Creating informative presentations; pitching and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings
  • To execute and prepare all matters relating to cost estimates and invoicing of client/(s) with the aim of maximizing the profitability

  • Plan, execute and monitor campaign budgets and conversion tests
  • Identify trends and insights, as well as optimize expenses and performance based on the insights.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) to determine effectiveness.
 
Requirements:
